Production Timelines

Every rug is handmade to order, so production time depends on the weave type:

• Hand-Tufted Rugs: 10–12 working days from the date of purchase
• Hand-Knotted Rugs: 30–35 working days from the date of purchase
• Dhurries: 15–20 working days from the date of purchase

These timelines are estimates. Production may be extended due to weather conditions, workshop-level operational constraints, or damage occurring during internal pickup/handling.

Delivery Timelines

• Standard Delivery: 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch
• Express Delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch, charged on an actuals basis (cost depends on destination and weight)
• Every rug undergoes a quality check before it is dispatched.

Delivery timelines may be affected by courier-side service restrictions, regional embargoes, or other logistics-related delays beyond our control.

Custom Rug Orders

• Delivery time for custom rugs is tied directly to their production timeline.
• More intricate designs, larger sizes, or custom colourways require additional production time.
• Because each custom rug is made specifically for you, we prioritise craftsmanship and accuracy over speed.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

• You will receive order confirmation via Email and WhatsApp.
• Once your rug is dispatched, tracking details (including your Tracking ID) are sent via both WhatsApp and Email.

Pricing & Shipping Charges

• For all domestic orders, the price paid at checkout is final and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• International orders are subject to separate shipping charges, payable at the time the order is placed.
• Any customs duties, import taxes, or local levies on international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
